Stainless Steel 304 Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger
The pillow plate heat exchanger is composed of two metal sheets that are welded together using continuous laser welding. This type of heat exchanger can be manufactured in a wide variety of shapes and sizes and is well-suited for use in applications with high pressures and extreme temperatures, offering highly efficient heat transfer performance. Through the use of laser welding and inflated channels, it creates significant fluid turbulence to achieve high heat transfer coefficients. The pillow plate can also be referred to as pillow plate heat exchangers, dimple plates, thermo plates, cavity plates, or evaporation plates, and is made up of two stainless steel sheets laser-welded together with a custom circle pattern.
